Penalty of $6000 imposed on Sunshine company for oil spill

A large sum of $6000 has been posed as fine to Sunshine Company for causing an oil spill into a storm water drain. This incident was brought to notice by a member of public who noticed the oil spill. Enquiries were going on and Newline Metals International, the owner, was made accountable and summoned on this. Concerned officers from pollution control department were analyzing the impact. Meanwhile, Newline Metals briefed the authorities about how this incident has happened.
